The air flotation machine is a highly integrated sewage treatment equipment, which has been installed before leaving the factory, mainly including connecting pipes, water inlet, water outlet, emptying, sludge discharge, slag discharge, etc.

Installation of air flotation machine

To ensure the normal operation of the air flotation slag scraper, the four traveling wheels must be on the two parallel sides of the rectangle when the air flotation slag scraper is installed. The rail steel must be on both sides of the rectangle and on the same horizontal plane. Let's tell you the installation steps:

1. The rail steel embedded iron shall be reserved at the top of the wall on both sides of the advection tank, one piece per meter, and bolts and pressing plates shall be made at both ends of each embedded iron to facilitate the fastening of the rail.

2. Lift the equipment onto the leveling pool, place the four traveling wheels on the rail, level it according to the datum line, and check the installation dimension.

3. Slide the cable and electrical installation, put the lifting cable into the wire rope with the lifting ring, tighten the wire rope and fix it on the columns at both ends. Thread and connect the main cable, power on and debug the running condition, install the travel switch and contact block, and install the anti-dropping baffle according to the return position.

4. Test run. After the installation, the empty train shall run for at least 8 hours without interruption. Check whether the train has fallen off the track at all times. Once found, stop the train immediately to prevent the equipment from falling into the pool.

5. Install the suction pump on the working bridge.

6. For the installation of suction and discharge pipes, pipes and suction nozzles shall be installed from top to bottom from the inlet of the suction pump. The distance from the suction nozzle to the bottom of the tank is 10-20mm. Several sludge suction pumps are combined into a sludge outlet pipe and discharged into the sludge ditch outside the advection tank.

7. Power on the suction pump.

8. Test the water inlet pump. After the test run has no problems, inject water into the pool. The water level is required to be 30mm higher than the pump head of the sludge suction pump. Start the pump while entering the water and observe the water outlet.

Operating procedures of air flotation machine:

1. The machine should be put into trial operation before use.

2. When starting, the control valve should be in the closed position, and then start the water pump to gradually open the valve. During operation, the dissolved water outlet control valve (14) should be fully opened, and the working pump inlet valve should be used to control the pressure in the dissolved gas tank.

3. When stopping operation, the dissolved water outlet control valve must be closed before stopping the water pump. Otherwise, air will directly flow into the air flotation tank to destroy the air flotation effect.

4. During the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the operation is normal. In case of any problem, stop the operation in time for inspection.

5. The reducer and air compressor shall be refueled regularly. Generally, the oil of the reducer is changed once every six months, the air compressor is added once every two months, and the oil is changed once every six months.

6. It is forbidden to put your hands on the track when the foam scraper is working.

7. The air flotation tank shall be cleaned after it has been operated for a period of time. Flush once every 7-10 days in summer and 10-15 days in winter.

8. The sludge discharge valve at the bottom of the air flotation tank, namely the air flotation tank vent valve, determines the opening interval and opening time according to the amount of sewage sediment. Generally, it is opened once every 2-3 days, for 5-6 minutes each time. The specific time should be adjusted according to the actual situation. In principle, the opening time should be guaranteed as much as possible (5~6 minutes), and the interval time should be extended or shortened.
