Working principle of air flotation integration:

The sewage enters into the equipment first. Under the action of the agent, the suspended solids will undergo physical flocculation and chemical flocculation on the surface of several inclined plates in the air flotation machine, forming a large "alum floc". Due to the floating effect of bubbles, the "floc" rises to the liquid level, and the scum enters the screw conveyor through the slag scraper to separate from the liquid. However, some suspended solids with large specific gravity sink to the sedimentation cone and are regularly discharged from the machine body by the valve after concentration. The purified sewage overflows from the regulating weir plate.
