The dissolved air flotation machine is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. The steel structure of the air flotation machine is the main body and core of the water treatment machine. There are release device, uniform distributor, sludge pipe, outlet pipe, sludge tank, scraper and transmission system inside.
2. The gas dissolving system of the gas dissolving system is mainly composed of gas dissolving tank, gas storage tank, air compressor and high-pressure pump. The gas dissolving tank is the key part of zui in the system, and its role is to achieve full contact between water and air and accelerate the dissolution of air. It is a closed pressure steel tank with baffles and spacers designed inside, which can accelerate the dispersion and mass transfer process of gas and water and improve the efficiency of gas dissolution.
3. Reagent tank steel round tank is used for dissolving and storing liquid medicine. Two of them are dissolution tanks with mixing device, and the other two are reagent storage tanks. The volume depends on the treatment capacity.

The dissolved air flotation machine can generally be divided into five areas, which are in turn
1. In the dosing reaction area, PAC and PAM agents are respectively added to the response area, and the agents and sewage are fully mixed.
2. In the dissolved gas release zone, a large number of tiny bubbles are produced after the release of high-pressure dissolved gas water.
3. Scraping sediment area, where the sewage is filled and reacted, part of the suspended solids is precipitated, and part of the suspended solids comes out of the water with tiny bubbles and is scraped away by the slag scraper.
4. Slag discharge area, discharge scum.
5. In the clean water area, some are recycled to the dissolved gas pressure tank and some are discharged.
