How to quickly solve common small faults of dissolved air flotation machine

In recent years, dissolved air flotation machine has been widely used in water supply and drainage and wastewater pretreatment. The dissolved air flotation machine has large and dense bubbles, small diameter, up to 20 microns, and strong adsorption capacity. It can effectively remove SS and grease in wastewater, and also reduce insoluble COD. During the reaction process, microbubbles and flocs are strongly combined, and the separation of suspended solids and water is completed immediately and completely, and the sludge at the bottom of the tank can be discharged intermittently.

It is inevitable that there will be some small faults during the operation of the dissolved air flotation machine. Now, we will briefly introduce the troubleshooting methods of the dissolved air flotation machine:

1. The dissolved gas pump will stop automatically after starting: this may be due to the improper setting of the protection current of the thermal relay.

2. The dissolved gas water is normal when starting up, and there is no dissolved gas water after half an hour: this may be related to the automatic electrical part of the gas supply. Check whether the manual and automatic transfer switches are in place, and whether the automatic control circuit falls off.

3. If it is not used for a long time, it will stop after starting: the cause of this fault is that the self-protection line has fallen off or the contact resistance of the self-protection line is too high. The self-protection line should be installed to eliminate the contact resistance of the self-protection point.

4. No dissolved gas water: check whether the valve is open, whether the dissolved gas release device is blocked, whether the compressor operates normally, and whether the air supply is sufficient.

5. Small dissolved water volume: check whether the dissolved gas release device and the dissolved gas pump are blocked, and check whether the impeller of the dissolved gas pump is normal.
