3. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the foam scraper and the smooth running of the stringing roller of the wire drawing frame, the wire rope of the wire drawing frame should be greased before the trial run, and the butter should be added regularly, once a month.

4. In order to make the travel switch of the foam scraper open and close flexibly, apply a little butter on the ball of the travel switch to prevent it from rusting and ensure the flexible opening and closing of the travel switch. Check regularly and add butter.

5. After the air flotation equipment is running, check whether the nut and bolt connection of the foam scraper is loose. If yes, tighten it to prevent the bolt of the climbing mechanism from falling off. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the climbing mechanism, the polyurethane roller of the connecting rod should also be coated with a little butter (or oil), including the mechanical joint of the connecting rod.

6. The pipeline working pump must not operate without load, otherwise it will damage the mechanical seal ring of the pump body, cause water seepage of the pump body, and increase the noise during operation.
