air flotation machine commissioning:

A. Before equipment commissioning, the following preparations shall be made:

1. Clean all stolen goods and sundries in the pool.

2. Add oil to the water pump, air compressor and other parts that need lubrication.

3. Turn on the power, start the water pump, and check whether the rotation direction is consistent with the arrow direction. Start the air compressor by manual control, check whether the air compressor operates normally, and find out the cause in time in case of any abnormality.

4. Press the switch of the foam scraper to make it walk towards one end of the dissolved air system. After running to the end, under the action of stroke collision block, the foam scraper moves in the opposite direction until it reaches the sludge tank. The stroke collision block turns the scraper up and presses the stop button to stop foam scraping.

Commissioning:

1. Water adding: make the water level of the air flotation tank reach about 20-50mm from the upper edge of the sludge tank partition. The water level of the air flotation tank can be adjusted by the water collector.

2. Operation of the dissolved air system: close all control valves, turn the electrical knob switch to the automatic position, start the water pump, and the air compressor will also enter the automatic working state. Then open the water inlet valve, water outlet valve and control valve of the clean water pump in sequence, and the pressure of the pressure gauge will gradually rise, generally reaching 0.4-0.5MPa. At this time, open the outlet control valve of the dissolved air tank to release the dissolved air water into the air flotation tank through the releaser. A large number of fine bubbles appear in the air flotation tank, making the clear water milky white. The dissolved air system is normal. The higher the pressure of the container, the higher the bubble density of the released container. The gas of the gas dissolving system is provided by the air compressor. As the dissolved water continuously takes away the air in the tank, the air in the tank gradually decreases and the water level rises. When the water level rises to a certain position, the float level gauge will control the operation of the air compressor so that there is enough air in the tank.

3. Air flotation operation: after the dissolved air system operates normally, the sewage after dosing reaction is sent to the air flotation mixing tank. The flow shall be reduced at first and then gradually increased to the rated value after normal operation.

4. Dissolved water: Dissolved water first uses tap water as return water, and then uses treated clean water as return water after it is normal. If the amount of detergent in waste water is large and there are many foam, which will affect the flotation effect, clean water can be used all the time.

5. After the scum accumulates to a certain thickness, start the foam scraper.

6. When the equipment is shut down, the sewage control valve shall be closed first, then the sewage pump shall be closed, the foam shall be wiped off, the foam scraper shall be stopped, then the clean water valve shall be opened, the tap water shall be put into operation for 30 minutes, the dissolved air outlet water inlet control valve shall be closed, and finally the clean water pump shall be stopped.
