Sewage treatment process of air flotation machine
If you want to solve the wastewater treatment process of the flotation machine, you should first know what are the components of the flotation machine?
The air flotation machine consists of the following parts
1. Pressure dissolved air system (including pressure dissolved air tank, air compressor, water pump and its auxiliary equipment)
2. Air dissolving tank: pressurize to make air dissolve in water and air water mix;
3. Air compressor: compressed air enters the air tank and mixes with water;
4. Water pump: the water is pumped from the flotation separation area to the dissolved air tank.
Sewage treatment process of air flotation machine
The dissolved air system accounts for 50% of the energy consumption of the whole flotation process, and the dissolved air tank accounts for 12% of the equipment. Therefore, optimizing the design of the dissolved air system is very important to reduce the flotation operation cost.
Sewage treatment process of air flotation machine:
When the sewage enters the coagulation area, add PAC and PAM. After mixing in the coagulation area, it will enter the bottom of the air flotation area. The sewage after the dosing reaction of the dosing device will enter the air flotation mixing area. The sewage will be mixed with the released dissolved air water to make the flocs adhere to the fine bubbles, and then enter the air flotation area of the air flotation machine. The floc floats to the water surface under the effect of air buoyancy to form scum. The clear water in the lower layer flows to the clear water channel through the water collecting pipe, and then is discharged along the pipeline or enters the next treatment unit.
Sludge treatment methods after air flotation:
After the scum on the surface of the air flotation tank accumulates to a certain thickness, it is scraped by the slag scraper into the air flotation sludge tank and discharged to the scum canal, and then discharged to the sludge tank.
