Poor air flotation effect refers to the visual effect of the produced water after air flotation, such as suspended solids, and low chroma removal. The factors that cause poor results are mainly the following four aspects:

(1) The dosage of the agent is insufficient or the water inflow is too large;

(2) The air flotation reflux ratio is insufficient (the air flotation reflux ratio refers to the ratio of treated water and dissolved water);

(3) The release device is blocked, which causes large bubbles in the air flotation contact area, and is damaged by sticky air flotation and impact scum, resulting in the scum losing stability and turbidity of water production;

(4) The moving speed of the slag scraper is too fast when scraping the slag, which causes the scum at the lower layer to be sheared and broken, and the scum will flow out with the water. Of course, if the slag is not scraped in time and there is too much mud at the bottom, the air flotation effect will also be poor.
