The dissolved air floatation machine generates a large number of micro bubbles in the water through the dissolved air and release system, making them adhere to the solid or liquid particles in the wastewater whose density is close to that of water, resulting in a state where the overall density is less than that of water, and relying on buoyancy to make them rise to the water surface, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation.
The dissolved air flotation machine is applicable to the treatment of papermaking wastewater and fiber recovery, printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, electroplating and other wastewater containing various heavy metal ions, oily wastewater treatment, tanning wastewater treatment, chemical wastewater treatment, paint wastewater treatment, food wastewater treatment, biological sludge and water separation, low-temperature and low turbidity surface water treatment, algae surface water treatment, solid and liquid separation of other kinds of wastewater, etc.
Working principle of dissolved air flotation machine
The air sent to the air tank by the air compressor is brought into the air tank through the jet device, and is forced to dissolve in water under the pressure of 0.35Mpa to form dissolved air water, which is sent to the air flotation tank. In the case of sudden release, the air dissolved in the water will be released to form a large number of microbubbles, which will fully contact the suspended solids in the sewage pumped and flocculated after dosing, and will be absorbed in the flocculated suspended solids during the slow rise process, so that its density will drop and float to the water surface, so as to remove SS and CODcr.
Features of dissolved air flotation machine
1. The dissolved air pump absorbs water and air at the same time. The pump is pressurized and mixed, with high gas-liquid dissolution efficiency, and fine bubbles ≤ 30um.
2. Under low pressure operation, the gas dissolving efficiency is up to 99%, and the release rate is up to 99%.
3. The efficient adsorption of micro bubbles and suspended particles improves the removal effect of SS.
4. Dissolving efficiency of dissolved air water is 80-100%, 3 times higher than that of traditional dissolved air flotation.
5. The pressure capacity curve is flat, easy to realize automatic control, easy to operate and maintain, and low noise.
Main structure of dissolved air flotation machine
1. Air flotation machine: round steel structure, which is the main body and core of sewage treatment machine, is composed of releaser, distributor, sewage pipe, outlet pipe, sludge tank, mud scraper system, etc. The releaser, which is located in the center of the air flotation machine, is a key component for the production of microbubbles. The dissolved water from the air tank is fully mixed with the waste water here, and suddenly released, causing violent agitation and eddy current, forming micro bubbles with a diameter of about 20-50UM, which adhere to the flocs in the waste water, thus reducing the proportion of the flocs and rising, and the clean water is completely separated. The outlet pipe is uniformly distributed at the lower part of the tank and connected to the upper part of the tank through a vertical main pipe for overflow. The overflow outlet is equipped with a water level regulating handle to adjust the water level in the tank. The emptying pipe is installed at the bottom of the box to discharge the sediment deposited at the bottom of the box. A sludge tank is arranged on the tank, and a scraper is arranged on the tank. The scraper rotates continuously to scrape the floating sludge into the sludge tank and automatically flows into the sludge tank.
2. The dissolved air system mainly consists of a dissolved air tank, an air receiver, an air compressor and a high-pressure pump. The dissolved air tank is a key part of the system. Its role is to achieve full contact with the air and accelerate air dissolution. It is an airtight pressure resistant steel tank with baffle plate and spacer sleeve designed inside, which can accelerate the diffusion of air and water, mass transfer process and improve the gas dissolution efficiency.
3. Reagent tank: steel round tank, used for dissolution and storage of liquid medicine, two of which are dissolution tanks with mixing device, and the other two are reagent storage tanks, the volume of which depends on the processing capacity.
