1. Meat processing industry: It is mainly divided into the slaughtering industry of slaughtering livestock and poultry and the meat deep processing industry. The water quality contains blood water, animal fat, blood color, turbidity, etc. during the slaughtering process. 6. Electroplating and heavy metal wastewater: The air flotation machine can be treated by adsorption colloid flotation method, and it can be discharged up to the standard after treatment.
7. Leather urban sewage: using air flotation machine biological method to treat comprehensive tannery sewage, the removal rate of CODcr, BOD5, TSS, FOG, sulfide and total chromium are all above 95%, which can reach the reuse standard. The treatment of eutrophic precursors such as algae by air flotation has a good effect. The removal rates of oil, COD and SS were as high as 99%, 88%, and 98%, respectively, in the treatment of hotel wastewater by electric flocculation and electric flotation.
8. Papermaking and textile wastewater: The removal rate of BOD, COD, SS and TP in the treated papermaking wastewater is 90%~99.5% after being settled by the vortex concave air flotation machine and coagulation, and the effluent quality reaches the first* standard for papermaking wastewater discharge. The effluent has low chroma and is clear and transparent, which can be used for process backwater.
